Dragon Fruit, Yellow (Selenicereus megalanthus)

The cactus is an ornamental climbing vine, that features a large and impressive flower. It's flesh is snow white and tastes like a fruity pillowy cloud of deliciousness.
This plant comes from the family of 'moonlight cacti' indigenous to the Caribbean, Central America, and South America. Many of the cacti in this family have flowers that only bloom at nighttime, activated by the moon's light.
